Everyday Tech Help provides written guidance and step-by-step instructions to help users resolve everyday technology issues.
We do not provide:
Remote access to your device
Phone or live support
In-person technical services
2. Who Our Service Is For
Our services are designed for individual users who need help with everyday tech problems.
We are not intended for:
Large organisations
Businesses needing IT management
Network-wide or infrastructure support
If your issue is beyond our scope, we may recommend seeking local professional IT support.
3. Membership & Payments
Services are provided through a monthly subscription
You can cancel anytime through your account or payment provider
Payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.
4. Response Times
Response times depend on your subscription plan:
Basic Plan – Response within 48 hours (weekdays)
Premium Plan – Response within 24 hours (including weekends)
These are targets, not guarantees.
Business hours are Monday–Friday and may include weekends depending on subscription choice, excluding UK public holidays.
Response times are measured during business hours only
5. No Guarantee of Fix
We provide guidance, not direct control of your device. While we aim to help resolve your issue, we cannot guarantee that every problem can be fixed.
You are responsible for following the steps provided.
6. Your Responsibility
You agree:
Not to share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
To provide accurate information about your issue
That you are responsible for any changes you make to your device
Not attempting to misuse the service
Not sending malware or harmful files
Not impersonating others
We are not liable for data loss, device damage, or system issues that occur while following guidance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Everyday Tech Help is not responsible for:
Hardware failures
Software corruption
Lost data
Network outages
Security breaches on your personal devices
Our service is guidance only, provided in good faith.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, guides, and written support provided remain the property of Everyday Tech Help and may not be resold or distributed.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept any changes.
10. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Rights)
If you purchase a subscription as a consumer, you normally have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.
However, by starting to use the service immediately after subscribing, you agree that we can begin providing the service straight away. This means:
If you request support within the 14-day cancellation period, you may lose the right to a full refund
You may still cancel your subscription at any time, but payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable
By purchasing a subscription and requesting support, you expressly agree that we may begin providing the service immediately. You acknowledge that once support has been provided, you may lose your legal right to cancel during the 14-day cooling-off period.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep our website and support services available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
12.Fair Use
Our service is designed for reasonable personal use. We may limit or suspend support if usage is excessive, abusive, or significantly beyond what would be considered normal individual use.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access to the service if:
You breach these Terms
You misuse the service
Your behaviour towards us is abusive, threatening, or unlawful
No refund will be given for the remaining subscription period if termination is due to a breach of these Terms.

Our guidance is general technical assistance only. It does not replace professional IT, legal, financial, or cybersecurity advice. You are responsible for deciding whether to follow any instructions we provide. Our guidance is general technical assistance only and is followed at your own risk.You are solely responsible for any changes you make to your device or accounts while following our guidance. We are not responsible for the outcome of actions you choose to take.
