Thank you for choosing Everyday Tech Help. We aim to provide clear, helpful tech guidance through our email support service. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before purchasing.
1. Subscription Service
Everyday Tech Help operates on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription gives you access to step by step email-based tech support according to the plan you choose.
Because our service is digital and advice-based, refunds are handled differently from physical products.
2. Refund Policy
We do not offer automatic refunds for:
Change of mind after subscribing
Not using your subscription during the billing period
Issues that are outside the scope of our service (see Terms & Conditions)
Refunds may be considered if:
You were charged in error
You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the service
We are unable to provide support due to a fault on our side
Refund requests for billing errors or service faults must be made within 7 days of the charge date.:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with this policy and applicable UK consumer law.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend the associated account while the dispute is investigated.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, please email us at support@everydaytechhelp.co.uk from the email address linked to your account. We will process your cancellation before your next billing date.
When you cancel:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
You will not be charged again after cancellation
No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the billing month
Cancellations must be requested before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Requests made after renewal will apply to the following billing cycle.

4. Missed Responses or Delays
While we aim to respond within the timeframes stated in your plan, response times may vary during busy periods. Delays do not automatically qualify for refunds unless we fail to provide any response within your plan’s maximum timeframe.
5. Service Limitations
If your issue turns out to be outside the scope of Everyday Tech Help (for example, business IT systems, server management, or large-scale network failures), we may be unable to assist. In these cases, refunds are not automatically provided, as the subscription covers access to guidance — not guaranteed problem resolution. However we will not count your inquiry towards your request limit per month.
6.Abuse / Misuse Protection
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions without refund if the service is misused, including abusive behaviour, excessive requests beyond plan limits, or requests unrelated to everyday consumer technology support.
7.Non-Guarantee of Outcome
Everyday Tech Help provides step-by-step guidance and advice, but we cannot guarantee that every technical issue can be fully resolved, especially when problems involve third-party services, hardware faults, or account restrictions outside our control.
8. Digital Service Notice
By subscribing, you agree that Everyday Tech Help begins delivering a digital support service immediately.
As our service involves personalised advice and support delivered digitally, you acknowledge that once support has been provided, you may lose your right to a statutory cooling-off refund under digital service regulations. By subscribing and requesting support, you agree that we begin providing the digital service immediately. Once support has been delivered, you may lose your legal right to cancel during the 14-day cooling-off period.
9.Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date to avoid further charges
